This Morning Routine Will Improve Your Mood

So we’ve made a list of some of our favorite tips to start your day right and step into the best version of you every morning. 1: Wake up early
Waking up earlier means you will have time to start your day on a good note without being rushed. And completing this first step is showing yourself some love and commitment by putting yourself first (even if it’s just 20 minutes).
2: Drink water
Drink a tall glass of water. Your body just slept for 8 hours without water so rehydrating gives your body an energy boost and kickstarts your metabolism. You can add some lemon to your water to add some flavor, get your digestion system moving, and get an extra boost of vitamin C.
